I began my editing career in London, moving between music videos, short films, and the occasional feature — cutting my teeth on tight turnarounds, scrappy shoots, and stories that had to fight to be heard. Over time, that led me to more structured work: first with Farsi-language broadcasters, then into branded and corporate projects, and eventually to news-style programming with ITN.

Across all of it, I've built up a solid editorial instinct — knowing when to hold, when to cut, and how to shape a story so it lands. I’ve handled everything from emotionally-driven campaign films to complex VT packages, often editing fast and alone, under pressure. Along the way, I’ve become a go-to for projects that need care, structure, and a calm hand in the edit.

While my recent work has focused on news and corporate, I’m eager to return to narrative work — whether in documentary, drama, or series. My skills and experience have prepared me for this next chapter, and I’m ready to take on bigger creative challenges as I continue to grow and evolve in the industry.
