Greed

Shorts

Greed is a tense drama that explores the corrosive effects of desire. The film follows investment banker Lloyd Clarke, who discovers that his wallet—and a winning lottery ticket worth £55 million—has gone missing. In a desperate bid to reclaim it, he’s forced to strike a deal with Hazey, a 15-year-old pickpocket who stole the ticket. As the two attempt to negotiate their way out of the situation, their greed consumes them both, driving them to make increasingly dangerous choices. Set against the backdrop of financial desperation, Greed is a sharp commentary on the lengths people will go for money, and the moral consequences of their actions.
